[Tim]Not a problem, even with armor he only weighs 238 pounds, we've got weight to spare!

Dead badgers also fit in bags of holding.
I remember on the twin's bodyguard adventure, the guy had a ring of regeneration so, we wanted to cut him up and put him in a bucket to tote around. No target = no assassination.
